Proudly Featuring Red Devon Cattle
Neither of us grew up on a farm. Brian's Grandparents had a farm in Penfield, Ohio where he spent time enjoying the outdoors, animals, and tractors. In 2013, we (Brian) realized a lifelong dream to purchase some property in the country. Our farm currently consists of 75 acres and is located just west of Minerva, Ohio.
Brian & Debbie Fink, Owners
We will use nature's inputs of soil, water, sunshine, grass, and livestock to produce and market healthy and delicious food to our friends, family, and community. We will improve the air, water, and soil through regenerative farming practices. We will share our experiences, bounty, and enjoyment of the farm with others, while honoring God in all we do.
We are proud to focus our operation on the Red Devon cattle breed. Records of Red Devon cattle in Devon, England date back over 2,000 years. The breed came to the United States with the Pilgrims in 1623. Red Devon are known for their docility, gourmet quality beef, and ability to flourish on an all-grass diet (as opposed to feed-lot raised, grain-fed beef).
